Jen hosted Sunday dinner at her house. It was nice and we had Erin’s birthday to celebrate also. She turned 13.

I can’t believe this little boy is a Senior! He is getting ready for his mission and I cant even believe it! He is such a good boy. It has been fun seeing them more often.
We spent Easter at Mom’s house. Ryan drove up late Saturday night and spent Sunday with us, it was nice of him, and I’m sure he didn’t want to spend the day alone.

It was fun to try and find our Easter baskets in mom’s kitchen, lots of different hiding places than normal! It was a great day!
With our great weather we decided to have a hot dog roast. Mom has a great fire pit in the back yard. Everyone took lots of turns helping with Rett. He of course was not happy to just stay on the grass, he wanted to be in the driveway, headed to the road, kicking car tires, anywhere but safe! Ren took his turn pushing him in the swing.

So Doug had a great idea for the mom’s to have a race, Im not sure where Erica is, she raced too.
Jen won, I strained a muscle, but it was fun.
The oldest grandkids re-enacted a picture from when they were tiny tots, it was fun. They are all getting way to old for my liking!

We decided to have our sister retreat while we were together. It wasn’t at all a normal retreat, but still fun. We missed Kiley (too far away in Florida) and Kristen (who had to work). We did our favorite things again this year which is really fun. Erica got us the green scarves. We tried all sorts of things to get a decent picture, turning one way, or another, we just kept getting the same out come, US!
We had lots of laughing and fun like we always do! I love my Mom and sisters mucho much!

Ashley is definitely trying to be a teenager, especially when hanging around her older cousins.
The weather was fantastic, perfect for spring break!
Sara and I pulled together our donut party again this year. We made 200 donuts and had over 50 people over. It was great! We love this tradition!

We had people all over the house! It was great. We are happy to have so many friends.
We always like to go for a Sunday walk, and the weather always seems to be cold and windy, but we braved it anyway. Rett did a lot of walking by himself. He is stubborn though and only wants to walk when he wants to!
We are ready for some spring weather, rain would be especially nice!
This boy is so curious and into everything! He loves to be in the dishwasher and has figured out how to turn the nob and push all of the buttons to make it stop in the middle of the cycle. It is a dirty little trick!
What a mess!
I think we have a standing invitation to bowl on Spring break with the Kents every year. We sure do like to bowl, and so do they!

Ashley gave a report on Albert Einstein and had to have a costume and all. We enjoyed having her funny wig around the house.
