Ryan had a speaking assignment yesterday. His subject was from last Octobers Conference, a talk by Henry B. Eyring about Go and Do. It turned out good, (I didn’t get to hear it, but I am sure he did fine)
The lessons in church were excellent yesterday. In Sunday School we talked about a couple of parables, mainly the Prodigal Son, the discussion was really good and made me think a lot about repentance and forgiveness. What a blessing the Atonement is for all of us!
Of course we had a few break downs on the farm. Ryan is struggling to get water going and keeping it going. Then also the axel broke off of the feed wagon. The cows had been fed, but it is going to take a major fix, hopefully they wont run out of feed before it gets fixed. I took pictures through the window and it was raining. (I did NOT want to get out the wind was so strong and it had turned really cold too.)

The wind blew the barn door off also, it was weird and blowing the wrong direction so it really tore things up.
Ryan and the kids played a couple of games Sunday evening. It is so nice to have Ryan around especially for bed time. He handles all of the stories and jammies for the little kids. I have a hard time letting him go back to work Monday morning!

Emma and Ashley were great helpers today. Ashley was in one of her cleaning moods and cleaned all of the upstairs while Ryan, Rett, and I napped. Emma helped a little too, and she took some pictures of Rett and I, I didn’t know I was in the pictures though or I would have smiled!

Rett is doing excellent sleeping at night. He has been going for 7 hour stretches, it is GREAT! I think I can almost consider it all night. He is getting a little more content, or else we are getting used to his crying?! No, I think I am getting him figured out and he is getting more used to us. It is making life much more enjoyable around here. (the extra sleep helps a lot too). That was our Sunday pretty much, I LIVE for Sundays they are great!
