Justin’s Basketball Ends

Justin had his last game on Valentines day.  He didn’t win one game, but had a great time and really learned a lot.  He was a bit to aggressive and had a few fouls.  He really rung one kids neck!  yikes!  Good thing they don’t keep track of fouls in elementary ball!

He got to play more than any third grader, I am pretty sure he was one of the coaches favorite, and he loved  that!

Spring Cleaners

I asked Emma to clean off the top of the freezer so we could be ready to move it out for our new flooring to be put in.  She got it really clean, and then two brothers decided it was a good place to hang out!?

President's Day

Since we only have a four day  week we go to school on most holidays.  In Justin’s class they talked about Abraham Lincoln and created a top hat like his.  Jaci happened to ride the bus to our house that day.

Late Christmas Present

Justin begged for a dirt bike for Christmas, I finally sat down with him and told him it was not going to happen.  Ryan will not buy something for one kid, if its for the whole family that is different.  Anyway Justin and I decided he would save up his money like Emma did for her kindle and before he knows it he will have enough for a dirt bike.  He cried, and when he sat on Santa’s lap he said he didn’t want anything for Christmas.  Poor kid!  Well while we were in Pocatello Ryan goes to potato school and they have an auction afterward and I guess Ryan couldn’t resist this cute little dirt bike and he bought it.  Without any of us knowing.  Needless to say we have one REALLY happy boy (and sisters).

Ashley will not ride it, she crashed Bode’s into Jays pond and refuses to ride, hopefully she will get over her fear soon.  Not that she could have a turn anyway!

Justin’s Award

Justin got this “always being safe” award at school.  He pretty much is always safe.  He is just that way, he wasn’t when he was little, but its nice when he is taking care of his wild little brother.  Just last night he gabbed Rett before he stuck his hand up on the stove.  Feewwww, Justin to the rescue!

Baptism Celebration

We are fortunate to have so much family and friends come and support Justin at his baptism.  It was great!  The kids got running in the gym afterwards and one of our missionaries Elder Chandler asked me if he could get them in controlled chaos?  I laughed and said sure, good luck!  All of a sudden we hear this loud singing at the end of the gym, peel banana, peel peel banana!  The adults were laughing, the kids were LOVING it!  He entertained them for quite a while and we have been peeling the banana every since.  What a fun young missionary!

I just took a few random pictures of the luncheon afterwards.  It was fun to play and visit with everyone.

Justin’s Baptism

Justin has had this day circled on the calendar for almost a year!  It finally came!  Justin was so excited to be baptized.  We are so happy he has chosen this and are proud to be his parents!
