Morning Milk

Rett left us a surprise in our morning milk.  He loves tires and wheels.  They are FLOATING all over our house!  Funny boy!

Critters

The neighbors cut their grain and out popped a small herd of elk.  The only thing small about it was their numbers.  They were pretty big and healthy looking!

Grain harvest is in full swing!

Girls Camp

Ashley is off at girls camp this week.  I went with her for the first two days but she was happy for me to go home so she could really have some fun.  Oh dear!

I hope she comes home safe and sound.

Chore Time

Chore time has turned into fiddler on the roof!  These kids like to climb up on top of their calf pens while their calves suck down their bottles.  Even Rett can climb up, what am I saying, of course Rett can climb up on top!  It isnt a good thing! 

I imagine they are having their morning “coffee talk.”  They are determined to each raise two calves this year, and a family calf named Lagoon, to pay for next years trip.

Tayson’s Birthday

We celebrated Tayson’s birthday out at the river trolley.  It was fun, the kids couldn’t resist getting in the water. 

Rett was wet and then fell down, nice.

We had a hotdog roast and birthday cake.  Fun day for Tayson!

Nuggles

Rett loves nuggles, it doesn’t even have to be his own.  He loves everyone’s special blankies!

Family Vacation Downata Hotsprings

We had a fun vacation this year.  The hotsprings was so fun.  They had a couple of really fun waterslides that the kids went on for hours!  Other than the tornado warnings, and rain it was perfect!

Ash did a cheer for her talent.

Grandma and Papa told stories about Jesus.

And read story books.

It was a great trip!

Broken Down

The suburban started running rough when we were headed out for our family vacation.  Luckily we hadn’t left Burley yet.   We ended up leaving it at the repair place and driving Shannon’s car on the trip.  Thankfully.

We tried to do some repairs on our own at the the les scwab, Rett liked the big trucks inside.

It was a valiant effort, but we ended up having to put a new transfer case in it.  Always an adventure on our trips!

4th of July!

We went to the Rupert parade again this year for the Fourth.  The parade is SO long!  The kids got tired of it and wanted to leave.   Ryan and I enjoyed it all though.

Rett picked out a new pickup.

Cody and Whitny came and sat with us too.  I got to hold their new baby Traygen.  It was a fun morning.

Ashley’s Cheer Camp

Ashley went to a stunt cheer camp earlier in the month, she had a great time.  She is loving cheer and gets to be co-captain this year.
