Busy Ashley
Ashley has been in full swing basketball/cheer season. She loves it. It has been so much nicer this year only having to go to school 4 days, we have Friday to help re-coup from the week. Ash is getting so much better at both sports, its fun to watch!
Although sometimes I have to close my eyes…..

CHEER!
This week’s game was up in Camas County. Ashley usually just cheers for football with one other girl, Emilee. But the volleyball girls got done in record time so the whole squad got to cheer together. And they look AWESOME when they are all there. They do such a good job. I should have videoed them but my camera went dead after only a few pictures. Hopefully next week. They really do great for a Junior squad. Im impressed!
Im the mean mom who makes Ashley wear pants… She had on her coat too but took it off when all the others showed up. It wasn’t too cold, but windy of course.
The girls are all really improving, its been great!

Farming/ Game Day
Rett and I went one more day to help finish up the swathing. He still loved being in the tractor. It was nice that he was such a good boy. I don’t say that very often about him! He was happy to have not one hat, but TWO hats!
It worked out that we were working in Arco and the football game was in Mackay, just 30 minutes away. I was happy for that. There was a mix up in games, and game times, so we waited for a while and got home late, but the Tigers came out with the W.
Ash and her friend Emilee were the only cheerleaders today because all the volleyball girls had a game at home. They did good for being in cold temps. It has been a cold football season this year. Last year we only had one cold game the rest were in the 70’s and 80’s. Hopefully that means we will have a cold snowy winter!

Game Day
Ashley had her first football game of the season! She had her back to school sore throat so it wasn’t as good as could be, but she still went and cheered!
Claire wore her uniform to school too.
We have an awesome “sandbox” at the football field. It is actually the jump pit for the long jump. But it keeps Rett entertained during the games.
Last year Ashley was the only cheerleader who didn’t play volleyball. This year her friend Emilee is cheering so Ash isnt the only one. (she didn’t cheer last year alone, she would just wait for the volleyball game to get over and then cheer 4th quarter) She and Emilee cheered the entire game. It was goo experience for them both.
But it was great to get the entire squad out too!
And the mini cheerleader too.
Fun girls!

Outlaw Days Parade!
We always have a lovely short parade at Outlaw Days, so to make it longer, the whole thing makes a loop and comes back by again. We love it! It is a fun tradition in our little town!
We were there bright and early to catch some candy and see some horses and big truck trucks!
We came across a few friends to sit by too.
I always love the old cowboys bring down the flag first.
This man might be the oldest Resident of Richfield right now.
Here come the cheerleaders!
They were trying to make money selling cheese at the same time! Multi taskers!
She just may be the cutest cheerleader EVER!
Wendell Johnson was there.
And Brother King, probably the next oldest resident!
