The kids slept outside last night, too crazy for me, but not Ryan! He thought it was great and so did the kids. It must have been a little cold because when I came out to get them up I couldn’t see any of them:

They would NOT get up for me, they stayed up WAY to late I think. Bella got them moving though, what a good dog!
Our grain was getting sprayed a couple of mornings ago and we couldn’t resist going out to watch. He just kept getting closer,
and closer,
and REALLY CLOSE!
He even let out a couple of puffs of black smoke for us and then after he was done he buzzed right over the top of the house, it was so LOUD!
(HOPEFULLY no children were harmed in this fun activity!)
Church was excellent again today. We had our Ward Conference and got to hear from some of our Stake Leaders in Sacrament Meeting. Sunday School and Relief Society lessons were both about talents, I really struggle with recognizing my own, but one I do know I have is being able to recognizing others talents! I am glad there are so many talented people in our ward and community for me to learn from and for us to raise our children with. We live in a great place!
We have had a few days in a row of nice(r) weather. Still barely 70, but we will take it! We spent a little time outside this afternoon. Ryan made us ALL (including me) jump on the tramp. It was great, I should do that more for my daily exercise, it takes a lot of energy and leaves us all huffing and puffing!
We had Grandpa Telford’s dog at our house yesterday and she is a kitty eater, we (Ashley) has been frantically searching for her kittens since yesterday. She just got done telling me she was afraid they were gone and then they came running across the lawn! Thankfully the mamma kitty had moved them out of harms way! They are cute little fluff balls!
Emma and I tried to take a picture of her doing a flip, it didn’t work out to well (she thinks it looks like a summer salt not a flip). After 20 1-2-3’s and 100 pictures this is what we got:

We enjoyed Outlaw Days this weekend. The weather was really nice all day, it was great. We started out the morning with the parade. Our parade is the best because after it goes by once it turns around and comes back again! We love it!
I made Claire Bear wear her “cowgirl” hat all day and she did! I am so glad we don’t have any major sunburns this year! She looks pretty redneckish! Just like we like it!
Rett did awesome on his first Outlaw Days. He slept most of the time we were out and was just good and happy for me when he was awake. I kept him pretty covered because I didn’t want the sun or wind on him. He did great!
The kids participated in the kids fun at the arena. Emms and Ash felt to big for it this year. They did beg Ryan to let them do the hide race next year, we will see if they really are up to it.

Roping

We ended up the day with a BBQ at our house. It was a fun day to start the summer, I hope it is really finally here!
Ashley changed her first diaper yesterday! I didn’t even ask her too. I could get used to this! (just maybe not on my bed)
The kids have started swimming lessons this week, the first day it was perfect warm weather, today it was canceled because it was too cold, hopefully the weather will hold out these next two weeks.
Claire Bear LOVES it, she is one of my little fish!
Justin isn’t so fishy, but he does like swimming lessons. He was glad that they haven’t put the diving boards back up from winter because he does NOT want to jump.
Ashley and Emma are in the same level with Emma’s friend Serena, only three girls, it is great, I think they will really improve this year. They loved being together and are both doing great!
I found this Swaddle Me (we call Rett’s snuggly) and it has been the best thing ever! I have seen them online but didn’t like them, they look kind of like torture, but all of my babies kick out of a regular blankie around a month old and I like to swaddle them tight (for night time) I think they wake themselves up if they aren't swaddled up tight. So when I saw this pink one on clearance I had to try it out. Ryan calls it a straight jacket, either way it works! I have gone only one night with out it ( I bought it when Rett was about one month) and he woke up so I haven't gone with out it since!
He is just about to outgrow his pink one but I have seen more (not pink ones) I will have to get for him. I wish I had this with all of my babies, it is so nice!

We ordered strawberries with our Bountiful Basket this week. We have swimming lessons for the next two weeks so I wanted to get the jam made Saturday. I had LOTS of help, my only regret is that I didn’t buy more, they were yummy! Glad we could bottle them.

About an hour later Ryan was “exercising him.” Is it possible to get TOO much attention?
He must think we are CraZY!
Then the big baby thinks she is a little baby from time to time, we just let her play and give her the attention she is looking for. She has such a fun personality lately, Ryan and I eat her up!
And we played a little game of Life. I actually played with the kids, it was fun, Ash got left to clean it all up, imagine that!
I had to give the lesson in Relief Society about Honoring The Priesthood. I enjoyed studying for it and learned (or re-learned) some things. I love going to Relief Society, everyone always gives lots of input which helps out when giving the lesson. Ryan was on baby duty. He did great, at least I never heard Rett crying, so I think he did great. It was another great family day!
Rett turned two months today. He is getting to be such a fun little guy.
He is definitely the most popular baby in our house right now, EVERYONE loves to love on him!
I haven't taken him in for his two month check up so I don’t know how much he weighs, but he is growing!
He is sleeping like a champ, and very consistent every night which I love!
We are happy to have such a happy little brother!
