Ashley and Emma participated in spring volleyball this year. Neither one of them have ever played before, so it was definitely a learning experience. Emma did figure out how to get her serve over. Well once or twice anyway, Ash was pretty good at digging.

I asked Emma to clean off the top of the freezer so we could be ready to move it out for our new flooring to be put in. She got it really clean, and then two brothers decided it was a good place to hang out!?
These two went through a rough patch a while back. I thought maybe they would get along better if they were sharing a room. They thought it would be a good idea, but changed their minds (during a fight) half way through the move. I told them they still had to move in together because I had already done a lot of work and spent some $. So they were moving! A year later, It has been the best thing ever for them! They rarely disagree, still do, but not anything like they used to and they seem to like each other pretty well.
They got asked to play a duet in chruch and even got along while practicing for that (for the most part)
I cant even tell them apart from the back? Can you??
I love my big girls. They make my life so much easier. I feel pretty blessed to have such good girls.
I got to help put on a baby shower for one of my Young Women! It turned out really fun, and I am always happy to get to help plan a party! She makes quite a cute pregnant lady!
The decorations and food looked like they were strait out of pinterest, which they were! I do love to party! Cant wait until that little baby boy is born!
Ashley invited one of her BFF’s to hear the missionary discussions. She said yes, and 2 months later was baptized! We have loved having the missionaries in our home every week teaching her the gospel, It has been awesome! Emilee is a special girl, that our family has really grown to love her!

The missionaries! We love having missionaries in our town more often now that we have our own Twin Falls mission. It is great to see the Elders more often. The kids love them!
Elder Kennedy and Elder Slade did most of the teaching, Elder Chandler was transferred part way through her lessons.
We are so happy to not only have Emilee become a member of the church, but to have had this experience of seeing a convert come to Christ and desire to become like him. Yay Emilee!
The kids participated in the spring play again this year. I always forget what a crazy busy week it is, but its so fun for the kids that we endure it anyway! Ashley was the cutests camper! She was the spoiled girl, (which is totally not her normal personality) but she played it so well, I was impressed! She really looked pretty with all that makeup caked on, but Im not telling her that!
Emma was a younger camper and looked quite pretty too with her side kick Serena.

Our sweet Ashley is a teenager! Thankfully she is still sweet Ashley! She is pretty low maintenance and a pretty happy girl. I don’t know what I would do with out her, she is my life saver most days!

We have had our daily jobs schedule since Emma was in Kindergarten. It hasn’t changed much in those 5 years either so the kids get pretty bored and possessive about their jobs. Some days they love them and take pride in them, some days they sneak and don’t do them! Claire loves the day she gets to do the windows. She was especially excited when I bought “her” some windex wipees to keep her windows clean! She got a little distracted by the costume box before she got to work?! I am not too picky about attire though! As long as the work gets done!

Ryan and I try to make a date of the CSI rodeo. It was the first time I met his family when we came down from college for his rodeo at CSI. I guess it’s a sort of anniversary for us. You cant beat the CSI rodeo though. The same man who puts on most of the NFR is the rodeo coach and so he knows how to make it happen! This was the opening ceremonies, they put kerosene down in the shape of CSI and then lit it on fire! Really cool. We had a great night together.
