After School Play

Claire has a rough time staying focused on her daily job after school.  She just wants to play.  Well after she gets something to eat, she is always STARVING!  If I don’t have something ready she fixes something for herself including her own sandwiches.  Big girl!

What To Do?

Rett is busy looking for things to do with out his kids home.  This morning he found brown baby and fed her her bottle.

And fed himself her bottle.

He is discovering all kinds of things he never played with or got the chance to play with I guess.  We are enjoying our time at home together.  Although it is a little lonely.

Sisters Shoes

Rett loves shoes, he takes after his mother. 

I went to buy some easy slip on shoes for Claire for school.  I needed a pair for Rett also.  Both pairs were on sale more than I thought they were which was great, and then I had some “cash” on my membership card so they ended up costing .84 cents.  I had a dollar in my wallet, but it somehow was no longer there when I went to check out so I was going to use my debit card for .84 cents.  The cash register lady didn’t like that so I pulled out the 4 cents I had in my wallet and she made up the 80 cents!  I was so surprised, not only did I get two pair of shoes for 4 pennies, this lady did a really nice thing for me.  I think she just thought Rett was really cute!  Anyway it was very nice of her.  I need to pay it forward!

Justin

Justin is the only kid in our family who knows how to do his own hair.  He likes doing it every morning too. 

I think I have done a bad thing not letting the girls do their own hair.  Now they cant!  I guess I am going to have to let go and let them do it on their own….

More Claire

I cant seem to get enough of my baby girl.  If she wasn’t so cute maybe I wouldn’t have to take her picture everyday?!

Sunday Shots

Justin has been wanting to fly a kite, finally Sunday it was windy, but not SUPER windy.  It was fun.

Drive Inn

Ashley won movie tickets from the no cavity club and we have meant to use them all summer and just never got to it!  Finally school started so we had to do it now or never.  This is kind of how Emma felt about the whole thing.  She couldn’t get comfortable:(

Claire was the opposite, she loved it!

Actually she got so comfy that she fell asleep and missed the movie!

Now Emma is feeling better.

Rett spent the whole time trying to escape of course, he will NOT be contained.  Justin just like all the snacks!  We didn’t last for the second movie, plus we had already seen it anyway.  It was a late night for us!

School Kids

School has been good so far.  Everyone is liking it.  Ashley is a bit overwhelmed and wouldn’t mind going back to elementary school.  Hopefully she will get into the swing of things soon.

More Fire

Another lightning fire burned up the desert between Richfield and Dietrich.  We were glad they got it put out fast.  We saw tiny smoke, and ten minutes later it was HUGE smoke.  It is so dry out there.

Pinkalicious!

Claire seems to have a cute outfit every day!  She just loves pink and picked everything pink to wear to school today!

She is liking Kinder but she would like to stay home with Rett and I.  I guess I am surprised, the other kids never wanted to stay home.  Well Emma has from time to time.  Hopefully she will  start loving school soon!
