Emma is 7!
Happy Birthday to our Emma! The day FINALLY came! You would have thought it was Christmas morning at our house, she was up and at 'em at 6:00 ready to open those presents! This is a little about how her day went:First things first, a little "heavy heavy hangover"
The much anticipated-super-hard-to-get-a-hold-of-Zhu Zhu pet! These things are the HOTTEST toy of the season of course and you cant buy them in the stores, (unless you are a super shopper like me) They sell for 8 bucks at Walmart or Target, (if you can beat the "collectors" to them) or they sell online anywhere from 35 to 65 bucks! RIDICULOUS! It is like the tickle me elmo craze they had years ago, it makes me mad that these "collectors" can do this to us who really just want one to play with not to make money on....anyway Ryan didn't agree he was mad at me for not getting more to sell, I think it is just WRONG!
Birthday pancakes for breakfast.
Off to school, we caught up with her in computer lab, she took donuts and hot coccoa for her class.
Then birthday cake after dinner. She wanted a littlest Pet Shop Cake. I am getting lazy in my cake decorating! She got what she wanted anyway!
One pesky candle she had to blow three or four times on! Funny girl! It was a fun day she got lots of birthday wishes and visits. We love having our Emma in our family! Never a dull moment with her around!

I never have liked gum, and here is another really, really, really, good reason to NOT like gum!

Claires Crib
Claire has gotten in the habit of standing up in her crib and banging it against the wall, she does it almost everyday I lay her down for a nap. Well I thought I would pull it away from the wall so she didn't poke a hole in it or something. After her nap I went to push the crib back and it completely fell apart. (luckily I had already taken her out of it), because it ended up looking like this: She had broken all of the welds on each bar. I was so sad! This has been all of my kids crib, it was a good crib, but obviously its days were up! Claire does TERRIBLE in a big girl bed too, I cant keep her in it, and then when she is asleep she rolls out of it, (luckily it is close to the floor). I am tired of no sleep! Last night I got smart and got the pack n play out so we finally had a good night last night. I just cant justify buying a new crib for a 2 year old, shouldn't she be out of a crib by now anyway? She is already growing up too fast, maybe I should buy her a new crib so she will stay a baby longer, I wonder if it will work?

The BIG 3-0
Im officially OLD! I cant believe I am no longer in my twenties! It has been a great ten years, lots has happened; I was sealed to my eternal companion, and had four beautiful babies and so much more! I feel so blessed! I had a great day too, I couldnt have picked a better day than black Friday to have a birthday! I must be crazy, but I loved being able to shop till I dropped with no children and really great company! Two of my Favorite Sister in laws (I do have lots of favorites!) took me to breakfast after all of the shopping! It was a great day! Thanks Lain and Jenna!

Thanksgiving 2009
We spent Thanksgiving in Arco this year at the "cabin" (we are now calling it). It in no way resembles a cabin, but it serves the same purpose for us as a cabin, and we LOVE it! We had most of Ryan's family there, we were missing a few, but it was such a great time! We went up Tuesday night to stock the kitchen and get a few things finished up before everyone came on Wednesday. Emma was a great helper Tuesday night, Ashley was so sad that she couldn't stay awake any longer, we left a few things for her to do in the morning. Everything came together so well though, we didn't have one problem with any of the construction and we had every utensil, pillow, blanket, toilet paper, we needed! It turned out great!
I didn't do very good taking many pictures, by the time I remembered it was already late Thursday night, but dinner was delicious, we had so much food, we are so blessed! We got in lots of around the world ping pong, and lots of other traditional games the Telfords love to play. It was a fun couple of days! A little buckin bull,

After Harvest Party!
This year for our end of harvest party we went to Hop 2 it. We had a fun time, I think the adults were just trying not to get injured, the kids had a great time though! I am still sore from a couple of burns (like rug burns) We also celebrated Papas birthday (and grandmas, which was back in September). Ryan, Mijken, Mark,Emma, Paige, Sicily, Megan, Sydney, Claire, Jerick, Tayson, Gma, Papa, Justin, Kegan, Jaci, Ashley, Aaron, Cedrick, Des, Sara, Bob, Cody, and his friend, that's a girl (Sara)
Next Year's Costumes
I love getting next years costumes on clearance, Ash and Emma's costumes were 90% off. It took some convincing to make them think they were cool, I think they will be HILARIOUS! They are starting to see it too!

Cousins for a couple days
We had some of our cousins come and stay for two days while their mom was taking a class. We had lots of fun! It was a bit of craziness, but really mostly fun. I had 8 kids under the age of 9 including a set of 2 year old BOY twins!
*justin*Corry*Koby*Kaden (being burritos, they wanted to play this all day!)
It really was a fun time though. We had lots of constructing so we could avoid to much DE-structing! My kids LOVED having them come, it was a great time!
